We opted for just Korean BBQ. Food was fresh, there was a buffet of different sauces to create your own and they had some already made which were really good as well. My partner didn't think the sauces were spicy enough, but I liked that they were sweet & spicy. The robot waiter was cool, and talked. It brought out the meat portions to the tables. You ordered from an iPad that sent the ticket to the kitchen so no waiting for a waiter to come take our order. Overall experience was wonderful and delicious, I'll definitely go back.

We did hot pot and bbq and had a good experience. Service was great, our server was attentive. Can be overwhelming to do both hot pot and bbq at the same time, would just do one of them the next time. Liked that there was a wide variety of options to choose from for both hot pot and bbq. The sauce bar also had a lot of options to choose from. Liked the overall ambiance of the place and would come back.

Food and location wise, maybe my favorite hotpot place in MN and maybe the few or only place where you can get both AYCE hot pot and AYCE kbbq in MN too. Even if I'll be honest, I get a little overstimulated here and I would say the place isn't really ideal for groups bigger than 6. The hot pots are individual but the grill/bbq area is shared. This place is ideal for multitaskers lol What I love about this place is the seafood options- more seafood options here than most hotpot places I've been to. The location is also great- right in the middle of the Twin Cities area near 36 highway. The only thing I didn't love was the service- maybe because of the robot delivery your food idea, we had different servers the whole time and towards the end of our meal, one of the servers came up 3-4 times asking if we were ready for ice cream...she was nice though and I had a feeling that the manager was watching her to tell her due to their 2 hr limited for dining and we were getting close to being there for 2 hours. You do pay per person before you get your table and you can choose lunch or dinner menu anytime when we went. You order most of the things from the iPad at your table then the sauce bar, Korean sides and some desserts are self serviced- ice cream is provide by staff.

Was craving Korean food and stumbled upon Shinhwa in Roseville! After checking the menu out, we decided to give it a try. We did the all you can eat kbbq and it did not disappoint! Our service was excellent! Prompt, friendly, and helpful. You're provided a tablet to order as frequently as you want or if you need to call a server over. They're so fast! The meat was good quality and super tasty. We tried out the garlic shrimp, beef and pork bulgogi, hanger steak, and the premium beef cut. All of which, were amazing. I would've liked to have more options for sides; more veggies, fish cakes, etc. But this is totally worth it if you're craving kbbq. They also have hot pot available! It fills up quickly, so go for an early dinner or for lunch. The space is big and open, which is nice. I'd check them out again!

Fun experience, good ambiance. I love the option to eat both KBBQ and hotpot. Plus everything is all you can eat. The price is on par for AYCE in the area. Service was good too, robots deliver most of your food to the table. Good sauce and dessert bar. Overall, fun environment, not an entirely traditional experience, but if you're looking for quantity, I recommend.

SO FUN & SO GOOD. this was my first time trying Korean BBQ and being pescatarian I didn't think I would have a lot of options. Boy was I wrong. So many options for seafood and vegetables. Korean BBQ is similar to hot pot in that it brings people together and is such a good community builder. I went with my family. You also get to order from a ipad and a robot brings your food. So fun.

Fun, hands on dinner experience made for an exciting girls night out. Ventured to Shinhwa and were seated rather immediately on a Friday night at 6:30p. We did the AYCE with Korean BBQ and Hot pot. I do wish there was more instructions/how to at the tables and also loved that we got to essentially play with our food while we rotated between using the hotpot or grill. Would recommend! FYI: Be prepared to smell like a BBQ when you leave.

I've been to a few AYCE hot pot or kbbq places in the cities but was super excited to try Shinhwa since they include both! Ordering from the iPad was super easy and everything came out relatively quickly. There were so many items to choose from that we had to it things up over a few orders! Our server was friendly and explained what was included to us and checked on our table several times. The sauce and sides bars were kept super clean and well stocked, I went with the spicy garlic sauce recipe and it was delicious. I also loved that the price included unlimited soft drinks and an ice cream bar at the end of the meal! Will definitely be back here, especially with a group so that we can share and try different things!

Dinner AYCE hotpot n grill is great. Everything was fresh, digging the prawns n beef slices. Soup was delicious n flavorful. Services is quick n nice. You order through a menu on a tablet n brought to you by a robot. Folks are informative n cool. Place was packed on a Saturday night. Was on a waiting list but not too bad of a wait. Seating was good perfect for four people, six is snug, any more than that would be overcrowding for grilling n hot pot. Very lively place... recommended.
